This event promises an exploration of AI’s evolving role in cinema, offering attendees valuable insights into the future of film editing and production.

On 24 November, we'll be joined by Mads Damsbo, a creative producer/director focused on developing powerful narratives, utilizing new technology – provoking unexpected emotions and experiences in diverse audiences.

Mads Damsbo won “Best Immersive Narrative” in Venice for The Shadow and End Of Night (2021) (directed by David Adler) which he produced.

At this event, you'll get

  • a sneak peek into the process of producing a feature film with a synthetic narrative penned by Kaspar, an AI trained on a renowned filmmaker

  • Mads Damsbo will also introduce K1, a Premiere Pro extension tool powered by Kaspar’s custom-trained AI, designed to revolutionize the process of film editing.

  • Drawing from his rich background in immersive media narratives and technology, Mads will unpack the practical applications and implications of AI in enhancing cinematic storytelling.

Currently, Mads Damsbo is producing the world’s first feature film written by an AI, acting as Head of Studies at the European Creators Lab and working as CEO and creative producer at Kaspar AI.


Narrative XR Lab
is a creative lab at Visual Arena, where artistic storytelling in Extended Reality (XR) is developed and explored.

In this project we have some open presentations and workshops, this is one of them.
