Crafting meaningful choices for branching narratives

Good writing shines through in any medium. But writing in an engaging way for games requires different techniques than novels, short stories, poems and screenplays - specifically: techniques that design for interactivity and choice-based narratives.

This talk will share methods used during the writing of Divinity: Original Sin 2 that other writers and game developers can use to conjure tempting choices to delight and enrage players.
